Hosted by EVOI Wines founder and winemaker Nigel Ludlow, the evening offers a rare opportunity to discover the stories behind each wine, exploring the craftsmanship, provenance and passion that define every pour.

Created exclusively for this event, the specially curated menu showcases the season's freshest local ingredients, with each course carefully designed to complement EVOI's distinctive wines. Expect an evening of refined flavours, exceptional pairings and memorable conversation.

Award-winning winemaker Nigel Ludlow is the founder of EVOI Wines, an acclaimed boutique winery in Margaret River. Since producing his first two barrels of Chardonnay in 2007, Nigel has earned a reputation for crafting elegant, terroir-driven wines that reflect the exceptional quality of one of Australia's premier wine regions. Named Western Australia's Winery of the Year in 2015 and awarded a prestigious five-star rating by James Halliday, Nigel is celebrated for his authentic approach to winemaking, combining meticulous craftsmanship with a genuine passion for provenance, sustainability and seasonality.

Located in the heart of Margaret River, EVOI Wines benefits from an exceptional natural environment, where cooling ocean influences, ancient soils, and an ideal climate combine to produce fruit of outstanding quality and character. Since founding EVOI Wines in 2007 with just two barrels of Chardonnay, Nigel Ludlow has built a reputation as one of the region’s most respected boutique winemakers. Today, EVOI is a 5 Red Star Halliday-rated winery, placing it among the top 10% of producers in Australia, and was named Western Australian Winery of the Year at the 2015 Melbourne International Wine Show.
